Rural Body was created for the vision of a village and community that will learn to self-heal. The rural body holds trust of our human existence in the here and now.

Rural Body works with dedicated prenatal and postpartum bodyworkers to expand access to alternative healing modalities and group circles that promote mental, physical and spiritual wellness for babies, children, parents and caregivers in Northern New Mexico. We share our modalities with all community members through walk-in clinics, resource tables and 1:1.
